I took it last fall. The multiple choice questions were straight forward. When I took the exams, essays were on CPPI calculation & payoff versus constant mix/buy & hold; Portable Alpha Equitization/Bondization; Real Estate development in Eastern Europe; and ---- half an essay question on Ethics.
