Calculating Fully Diluted Shares Outstanding

Hello,

Can someone please guide me in calculating fully diluted shares outstanding. Theoretically, I know exactly what to do (using Treasurey Stock Method). Practically, I’m trying to find in-the-money options, warrants, and convertible securities on a 10k and don’t know where to look. Very new to this as you can probably tell. Can someone please provide some direction on how to dissect 10k? Where can I find this info? Right now, I’m currently looking at BRCD’s 10k.

Thanks!

Good question.

I looked at http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/viewer?action=view&cik=1009626&accession_number=0001009626-12-000055&xbrl_type=v#. Financial Statements -> Income gives you basic and diluted shares at the end.

Notes to financial statements -> Net income per share table will give you details.

that was easy, I feel stupid haha. Thanks!
