Calculating IRR on BA II

Could someone please explain how to calculate IRR on the financial calculator? I can input the cash flows but when I do IRR --> CPT it comes up with error 5.

I also can’t seem to get the NPV calculation to work… So if you could explain that it would be a bonus.

Most likely you’re mixing up the signs on your cash flows.

Check that first.
