Calculating the EV for a minority

Say that Company A owns 90% of Company B, Company B in turn owns 40% of Company C, and Company C in turn owns (i) 20% of Company D and (ii) 20% of Company E. Company A has net debt of $20, Company B has net debt of $50, the 10% minority interest in Company B is worth $10 and in a recent transaction 30% of Company A is sold for $60. So Company A’s consolidated enterprise value was $280. How could I try to calculate the enterprise value of Company D based on (i) the price paid for the stake in A in the recent transaction and (ii) any other data relating to Company A, B, C, D or E (but no other company) that would have to be assumed/taken into account?
