Can I use the CFA designation?

I passed the exam & was admitted as a regular member.

I have not received CFAI’s email that authorizes me to use the CFA designation.

However, as I logged into my CFA account, my name appeared as " kylee, CFA".

Does it mean that I was awarded the designation “CFA”?

Yes. If it says Kylee CFA on the CFA website you are good to go.
