Can I use the designation now ?

Hey AF members,

I know this question has been discussed many times but bear with me :slight_smile: I just got my local society approval and an email instructing me to activate my membership and pay dues which I did right away. Now when i log in the CFA website it shows bu, CFA. however i havent received the email you talked about which Ok’s the use of the charter. So can i use the charter given that i have the 3 letters after my name in their website ?

If your name in the CFA membership roster has “CFA” behind your name, certainly you can use the designation.
