I was supposed to attend the exam on last Saturday (19 Nov). But my train on that day got cancelled due to a “heavy rail flooding the railway” situation, and this happened to all other shifts. I got no methods to get to Edinburgh in time. So I submitted an emergency deferral request under “government order restricting travel”, but then I realised that’s for COVID only. What should I do now? Can I withdraw my emergency deferral request and change it to a paid deferral?
