So I’ve read everything from the CFAI curriculum and have done all the EOC questions, but I still can’t remember most things. I’m the type of person who learns through ridiculous amounts of repetition. I could read the curruculum front to back 5 times and I would still fail, if I dont do about 2000 practice questions. Should I just stop rereading things at this point and move on to Schweser EOC questions and exams to really drill down the concepts? Initially I was just going to do the EOC problems a 2nd time and not look at Schweser. But i’m finding that the CFAI is too braod for me and I can’t remember a damn thing.
yeah just do the EOCs as many times as possible, maybe some schwesers if you have time
hey bk - i’m just like you and passed L2 last June. I went very, very heavy on Qbank - due hundreds, or thousands of questions - if you have schweser, just read secret sauce at this point, if you’ve been through the curriculum more than once. The only CFAI EOC questions i did were multiple choice ones - dont waste your time on essay questions, its not an essay exam. Just my $.02
Thanks smiley I really needed that bit of encouragement…I took me about 60 hrs or march 20 to april 15 to slowly go through all eoc…although I do feel it was worth it,at some point I just have to start memori;ng stuff and the eoc questions are not conducive to that t all. Wht works best for memorization are short and simple questions…
