Is anyone else kind of terrified that they didn’t actually sign the pledge but just thought they did??? I’m like 99.999% positive I did… but that .001% is driving me crazy. ughhhh
I feel the same way. Although I did get that email about checking out my name, etc. because that’s how it would appear on my charter should I pass…makes me think I at least got the pledge right? Pretty sure I signed it, though… I’m finding that I derive some weird satisfaction from obsessing over this whole #$*(@ thing.
If you didn’t fully complete the scantron sheets (in regards to the pledge, name, candidate #, etc…), they will contact you and make you fill it out. I’m pretty sure this info is on the CFAI website somewhere. If I find it again, i’ll post the link. Edit: I’m pretty sure about this - though I could be wrong… i’ll check
I found it in the FAQ: What if I didn’t sign the exam pledge? We will notify you if you did not sign the Candidate Pledge. You will be given another opportunity to read and sign the pledge so that your exam results can be released.

Dear Mr. monger187, Now that the 2010 Level III CFA exam is over, please review your personal profile to ensure that your information is correct. If you pass Level III of the CFA exam, your name will be printed on the charter as it appears in our database: monger 1. 87 Any changes to your name must be submitted with supporting documentation. Completing these steps now will help you avoid delays in the award of your CFA charter if you pass the exam. If you have any questions, please contact Client Services at cmservices@cfainstitute.org. Kind regards, CFA Institute Member Services

The email contains the phrase “if you pass” twice. So I’m thinking they’re trying to drop me a little hint. “Hey, monger187, don’t get your hopes up, buddy!”
