Can't login - can't remember my old email - HELP?

I had an account here since 2009 (this is not it).

Haven’t been to the site in a while, and I probably used an old work email to create the account back then. Suddenly my password that I used for 11 years doesn’t work and there is effectively no way to get my account back.

So I had to make a new one just to get help. Any ideas? There is really no help on the website.
I’d really like to use the same account instead of making a new one.
