What is the defination of Capitalization. CFAI text uses 2 different forms, 1. Capitalization = LTD + S.E 2. Capitalization = LTD + STD + S.E, here STD includes current liabitites not sure which one to use where.
it is interest bearing debt plus equity. If they only give you LTD & equity, then it’s the sum of those. But if they throw in some interest-bearing current liabilities then include those too. Accounts payable is not part of it if I am correct.
