Career advice

Hello, I would like to hear your opinion of what would be a better decision. a) joining a state owned insurance deposit fund in a small eastern european country…position is portfolio management but as far as I unrestood with a very conservative strategy (government bonds or bonds that are guaranteed by the country) b) joining the consulting, financial advisory or corporate finance division of a Big 4 firm (in the same small eastern european country  ) c) joining a strategy consultancy d) any other suggestions? My long term goal is working at a Venture Capital fund in western Europe…that is after I get a couple of years of experience and complete a Master’s degree at a reputable European business school. My background: just completed a BA degree (Business administration) with a concentration in finance from a small private german university Additionally, I would appreciate your insights about landing a VC position, Western Europe based. Thanks, V.
