How many of you after passing L2 get promoted or was offered more $$? I know it doesn’t make a huge difference until L3 is completed and you actually earn the CFA charter but have some of you gotten rewarded for passing L1 and L2?
apart from acknowledgement from friends and peers, uhm, no compensation as yet. however, i am on a trainee program and passing level 1 is mandatory - maybe i can feel the result later. wish me luck

it’s a management trainee position in a commercial bank. best thing is we got sponsored to do all the CFA exams. 
which bank is this?
I would only say a UK based bank.
you can’t say which one? hsbc?
