Cereal first. Then milk.

cereal nah what’s that.

I usually have baked sweet potato with grilled salmon or light sushi with a roll for breakfast.

greek yogurt. and i throw some fiber shit on it. protein fiber and the vitamin D.

have you noticed a large amount of asians eat fish for breakfast

also, the fish smells like something you threw in the dumpster weeks ago and decided to cook

no idea. Neither I nor my neighbors eat fish that smells like “something you threw in the dumpster weeks ago” maybe because I live in a more civilized part of the country - UWS NYC.

Sushi doesn’t smell at all and naturally, grilled fish should not have strong smell.

You just done changed the game!

What’s with the cereal hate here? Everyone’s this effing enlightened city-dwelling new-age nutrition guru eating salads for lunch and kombucha smoothies for breakfast? Give me a break! There is nothing wrong with a bowl of Peanut Butter Crunch.

That said, for Chrissakes, cereal first, then milk, naturally.

i never ate cereal as a kid and never drank milk. i was raised on spam/bacon/vienna sausage eggs and rice for breakfast. lol. nowadays my breakast is wahtever is at work which is oj, capuccino, yogurt, and the microwavable brown sugar oats, if im hungry.

My breakfast is either 3 hard boiled eggs or coffee w butter and coconut oil. I’ve noticed I’m more productive in the morning on an empty stomach so am doing the coffee more and more. I guess that’s more in line w our evolution as we used to have to work a little before eating in the am.

Actually cereal has gotten healthier these days. Reduced sugar and salt content and added vitamin and iron. It’s far from the worst thing kids could be eating.

^‘food’ made in a lab is not food.

Coconut oil has been in the news a lot recently. I guess it’s actually pretty bad for you. Or, at least, not the super food people have claimed it to be.

^ Unless Infowars is one of those news sources, Charlie Work isn’t going to believe it anyway.

This. the small amount you’d need to fry something is over 40% of your daily recommended saturated fat.

my colleagues keep telling me to rub myself in it when i get sun burned. fannies

also, don’t feed kids cereal for breakfast unless you want them to get fat.

Three eggs and two kinds of fat? That sounds much less balanced and healthy to me than a bowl of raisin bran with milk.

Some general points to note: Processed food is not necessarily bad. Eating cereal in moderate amounts won’t make you fat. The latest hipster diet craze you read about is probably bullshit.

three eggs and bacon > box cereal provided you live an active lifestyle

wrong. perhaps it’s bad for people who eat garbage all day and think they’re eating healthy because they use coconut oil in place of canola to cook. that’s like throwing a deck chair off the queen mary. super foods don’t exist, it’s a marketing ploy.

there are novels worth of discussion on this topic and I’m not going to rehash it. you do whatever you want and I’ll do the same. if you want we can compare topless selfies.

I think I speak for the whole AF community when I say that nobody wants to see your ‘teenage boy with a farmer tan’ pic again
