Acquisition of cash of subsidiaries, positive - what is this account? Meaning what is the logic behind it ?

Maybe for some reason they consolidated the subsidiaries into the parent company statements. That would increase cash because they would be recognizing the cash of the subsidiaries for the first time. They aren’t paying for anything.
Just to clarify: so acquisition of subsidiaries, net of cash acquired(Negative) and Acquisition of cash of subsidiaries, (positive) are most likely to be for separate companies?
