I was took the cfa Level I exam.Today i log in cfa website.i find i can not manage my account.

They close access to all accounts over the weekend so that they can update registration for those who passed Level I and II.

If English is not your first language, you may have excellent reading comprehension but difficulty when writing “normal” sentences. On the other hand, I’ve seen people express themselves quite well in technical context, when numbers and keywords are more important than literary flourishes.
Plus, OP expressed himself perfectly clearly, IMHO.
