I’m a recent college graduate working as a financial analyst for a firm whose clients are primarily middle market (Construction, Manufacturing, Healthcare) businesses. The partners at the firm are willing to pay the cost associated with CFA provided that I can give them reasonable information on the benefits that it will produce specifically for the firm and our clients. All the research I’ve done regarding benefits mainly discuss a very broad overview and more how it will help you get a job as opposed to how it can benefit your current job. My main responsibilities at work entail building financial models, as well as consulting with clients to work on their financial projections, debt structuring, and so forth. Additionally I work/will work on a handful of M&A deals per year. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
