CFA book covers - what cities?

I like the Level II book covers a lot! much better than 2011 Level I. Curious to know the cities represented.

so far I’ve got:

Vol.2: Sydney

Vol. 3: London

and that’s it.

you guys out there must be from these cities - what are they?

and yes, this is me procrastinating, but hey, I just got thru Accounting, so I deserve it, right?
