It will be definitely misleading. >70% is not a “top performance tier”, but (according to CFAI guidelines) “average to above average”. You do not know whether your >70% was 71 or 95 (and those who read your CV do not, either), yet you want to put “top performance” remark there. Definitely a violation.

Plus. . . the vast majority of people passed pre-bands. . . thus there are no adequate comps. A simple “DB” will suffice.
