I just spoke to a rep. in CFAI, he told me that once I see the letter CFA behind my name in the CFAI member directory, I can begin to use the designation. I guess I will be checking the online membership directory everyday now. Good luck to all of you!!!

I’ve been doing that as well. My guess is that they won’t update the member directory until they send out the letters. That should be in the next few weeks.
