Hi,

I would like to open CFA courses. Can someone give some tips?

Do I need to inform CFA institute and ask for their approval? Also does a tutor need to be CFA charterholder or only CFA candidate?

If you mean “teach CFA courses”, anyone can advertise as a CFA teacher or tutor. At least, that’s the status in the USA. I worked for a CFA prep company long before I had my charter. As to whether or not you’d be credible is another matter. I had a PhD in finance, so I got the credibility there.
