cfa for the cia

is it possible? dont they have a finance area?

Those agencies are big on financial peole in some roles and they heavily recruited business/accounting people at my undergrad school. I had an interview with either the CIA or FBI ( I think CIA) and he was explaining about how to track people and terrorists, etc it really comes down to following and searching for a money trail.

i would like to be a secret financial analyst (SFA)

They don’t make that much money though - I think the missions might be cool. I used to be into that stuff but don’t see it as too challenging anymore.

I bet you would get a fantastic pension.

I had an interview with the CIA for a finance officer position. Did not make the cut. Everyone in the room that was chosen for interviews was like fluent in different languages and older than me so I had a feeling I was too young and inexperienced to get an offer. For the CIA, finance officer posiitons entail like support, so its not like you are a field agent. Finance Officers do stuff like budgets, accounting, etc which you can find on the CIA website. Didn’t really sound that interesting, but the travel part of the job did.

weeeeeaaak! there go my aspirations to be an undercover secret cfa

6 year bump…has it come to this?

Jamie Frank needs a ban. Bringing back 6-8 year old threads.

I hear languages are the key to getting a job in FBI/CIA. Middle eastern languages especially.

There are probably a total of 5 jobs as a secret spy CFA. Better off trying to get into IB at goldman sachs.

CFA for the NWA?
