I, Puneet Singal, candidate from India have registered for the CFA Level 2 Exam in June, 2012. I was planning to go on a holiday outside India (lets say Europe) with my family after the exam. Suppose I apply for the Schnegen VISA in a week and my passport doesn’t come back by the exam day, then what options do I have?? Would a written letter, along with photocopy of the passport, suffice the requirement for sitting in the exam??
no photocopies aren’t allowed. you need the actual passport
Be very sure NO options even if you have the valid excuse with all proofs and/or equally valid photo ID proof acceptable for other purposes. No passport in original no entry.
