I compiled several Band 10 fails and near passes from 2013-17 to take a stab at what the MPS might be. Can say with reasonable confidence that the MPS wasn’t above 230 (63.9%) for any year and tends to fall in the 210-225 range (58.3%-62.5%).

According to 300hrs my passing score in 2017 was 60.3%. I was scoring low-mid 70s consistently on Schweser mocks.
53%
For the 2017 exam, with a lot of analysis, I got between 58.5 and 62 as the MPS. Most likely near the bottom of that range.
