Nope: I’ve been a charterholder since 1999.
I lived in Allamuchy in 1983-1984, during the worst Winter in 5, 10, or 20 years (depending on whom you asked). We had 19 snow storms starting Christmas Eve and ending mid-May.
I worked at Picatinny Arsenal (Lake Hopatcong) as a warhead designer.
It’s a beautiful area.
