I only see the Manage Scholarship link.
If I click on it I would see Withdraw application, If i see withdraw application. if i withdraw application i see the 2017 apply for scholarship again.

I have the not eligible to apply message in the 2nd box and I never started a scholarship app before. I did however try to start one and it worked for me. Very conflicted, lol
So is there anyone who is only seeing not eligible part. I see both…
Oh Thanks God for that. IF you are positive then that gives me a hope as well because I still don’t see the eligible box there at all.
LOL … I write GULP…it’s a phrase for being “scared”, or uncertain of an impending event.

this could mean anything. I had tried a scholarship app before today, and then again today. Anybody who is very confident, should remain confident and… MAYBE the group who don’t see the “Not eligible to apply” message who truly passed.
But I do also need to start gulping beer.

That’s good news. So its not a tell since the majority have the not the eligibility box but only me and other two couples haven’t seen the eligibility box yet.
Withdrew my application and started a new one and still don’t see the eligible part. Again, if you use me as a benchmark, it means those who have that message passed. Congrats to those who have the message. It sucks man.
Don’t think it’s a true tell but it would make sense as scholarship apps are open and results are already online for sure. Not sure what to make of it but I don’t think I passed and I see the message.
The only this is telling is that their programmers…S U C K
When i try to withdraw the application I get this message

One needs to start scholarship application if he has notdone before and then go back to manage scholarship application page and thn he will see either see wo box (second box having elligible message) or just one box with manage application…
