Hi everyone, congratulations to everyone who passed and let’s keep going for those who didn’t. I’m new around here and just started looking up people’s reactions to their results. I unfortunately didn’t make it this year either but noticed a lot of people who passed with worse scores than me. My results were:
AM 2/5/3
PM 4/2/3
i saw somebody else’s score (in another thread on AF) that was much lower in the am and only slightly higher in the pm but passed. Can someone please explain to me how this is possible?!?!?!
Thanks for letting me know. That is super unfair though (I know I’m bitter). So these people technically don’t know the material as well but just pass because of where they wrote?
Thank god this journey is over. I waited till 10:48pm to open my results. I wasn’t let in till 5 minutes after the exam started, rushed through some questions, thought I was not going to make it this time, but I passed! 3rd time is a charm. Definitely have more solid knowledge this time around. Used CFA materials along with Marc’s exam book. Made about 400 pages of hand-written notes on A4 paper.
AM: 5/3/2
PM: 2/2/5
Could have done better for the AM without the 5-minute delay, but no complaints. Just feel relieved that I passed!
They’re ranges. Your 70+ could be 71% and theirs could be 100%. Your <=50 could be 0% and theirs could be 50%. Obviously these are extremes but you should see the point.
