CFA Test / Charterholders Statistics

Just wondering if there is a statistics about the background of people taking the exams or those who are charterholders? curious to know how many are from non-related field previously.

In the last report issued: 95 percent of people taking the exam have an IT or Engineer background 95 percent of charterholders have a background in Finance

I’m pretty sure the CFA does disclose quite a bit of info on test takers. Try the CFA website under publications or press releases or something similar.
