Ever think about specializing in Islamic finance?
for a start, now that you’ve announced it. I’ll checking on your pc address on this site…watch your back man…
Hey CFA and CIA are not mutually exclusive. I think you should join CIA and then assume a new identity as a CFA charter holder. Easiest way to become one. Would a CIA undercover agent impersonating a CFA charter holder be pulled up for ethics violation??
I reviewed my L2 ethics, and I think waterboarding is ok as long as its not a client or employer.

I don’t agree with your interpretation. The code of Ethics talks about general public, terrorists belong to that group. However, if you remember, asset management is considered to be a profession because it serves a higher cause. It is due to that higher cause, that waterboarding is ok.
Sounds like it could be construed as market manipulation.
Thank you all very much for your input. Since my primary consideration is which profession will allow me to waterboard, I will pursue CFA since the consensus here seems to be that waterboarding is acceptable practice under CFA ethics.
