to confused2010 and psriniva, I have no affiliation with the watermarked company / website in the PDFs. They were the only online version of the notes I could find and I thought the greater good of sharing these was greater than the harm of promoting whoever that watermark is talking about (i have not even visited the site myself). Hope this was helpful to some people out there.
