The research analyst (a “former employee and current shareholder”) goes on a chat room and discloses that she is a “former employee”. There is no mention of being a shareholder which clearly should be disclosed. How is it possible that the answer to this question is c (timeliness of research reports and recommendations) rather than b (relationships with subject companies)?
The analyst based her report on “last year’s annual report” which could very plausibly be the most recently filed public info.
Does anyone have a sensible explanation for this?
