To find the CPR, they say it is month 4 out of 30, where did they get this info? I did the problem thinking it was in the 24th month…
On the top they tell you the WAM is 256. its a 30X12 security, you take the difference
nah since wam is 356 and original is 360, u know that 4 months have gone by, if wam was 330, then 30 months have gone by.
oops meant 356 instead of 256
