Does anyone know how to back in to the weights of the 2 assets in the solution?

well in that question the value of the other asset is already given it is I guess 14,000,000
so the total value of the portfolio is 14,000,000 + 6,250,000 and wieghts are 14,000,000/ (14,000,000 + 6,250,000) and 6,250,000/ (14,000,000 + 6,250,000)
