I forwarded the electronic sponsorship form to my supervisor more than a month back. My supervisor told me he cannot fill the form as he sees my previous employer’s name after clicking on the link( I updated all the info before forwarding the link). I wrote to CFAI and got a reply saying that they have forwarded my request to the IT dept. Nothing was done about it for a month and so I wrote to them again after getting my L3 results. I recieve a reply saying the IT dept is still looking into the problem. They take more than a month to solve a minor problem, all this is really frustrating.
and oh they end all their emails by saying thanks for your patience its not like we have a choice
