CFO from operating activities vs continuing operations

Hello,

I lost some of my Accounting basics.

I happened to see the following two CFOs to calculate Cash flow accrual ratio.

Net cash provided by operating activities = $4981

Net cash provided by operating activities - continuing operations = $5174

I don’t recall the difference between these two. No luck from google.

Can you share something on this?
