My last set of 3x5 squats was 4 and not 5… i feel awful

You clearly need to break up with your squats in favor of lunges.

It’s ok. Do leg presses. Even if you think about them all the time, the rational thing to do is to just put it behind you.

Yeah, man you wont be able concentrate on proper workouts with a heavy heart. Forget about what happened. Meanwhile, am working on my time machine to help with all cheating and guilt $#!t.

Go back and bang them out twice as hard. You’ll both feel better.
