Chicken Tikka vs Fried Chicken

I cook my own chicken tikka and (Greek) fried chicken.

They’re both awesome.

The tikka’s easier, but the fried chicken is arguably more flavorful (the marinade has onions, garlic, white wine, vinegar, oregano, marjoram, thyme, juniper berries, pepper, coriander, and olive oil); it’s deep fried first, then baked (so it’s less greasy).

As for STL’s comment: nobody makes better chicken gravy than I.
