Hi, guys I hope everybody is preparing for exam well. I have a question about municipal bonds The tex-exmpt and ability to raise taxes as necessary to repay the debt in Municipal bonds cannot be a dinstinct characteristics when comparing with Corporate bonds?
Doesn’t the book specifically mention that it is an extremely important aspect of municipal bonds analysis? I think it does, for exactly the reasons you mention.
