They asked for a 95% confidence interval but gave critical values which were 1 tailed. So i used 1.96. Any comments?
Same here. I remember there are two 95% questions one for cirtical value another for coefficient. I used 1.96 for both.
if i remember correctly the t critical values were given in an exhibit…or I’m still trying to recover from 06/06

Yeah you had to use 1.96…2.5+2.5

Am session had at the end of the question a table of t-test . For 95% confidence level it said to use 1.66. So I used that.
