Congratulations to those of you who passed. And for those who didn’t, I’m sure the 4 months till the June exam is more than enough time to refine the areas that you did poorly in. So keep your head up! Can anybody offer advice for the quant section. Right now I’m killing myself trying to remember all of the prob and stats formulas. Is it worth my time?
I never concentrated on memorizing the formulas in quant per se. What I did do, however, was take a lot of practice questions to the point where I knew them…simply from practice. Basically, you could go about and memorize a bunch of formulas, but odds are you’ll either quickly forget them or simply not understand them and therefore not know how to use them. Concentrate on practice and learning, not memorization.
