Usually air chokes or blood chokes lead to unconciousness, but not death. I think the officer should have used a blood choke and let go of the guy after he conks out, but if some dude is coked up and on benzos you gotta do what you gotta do.

Here’s an idea. The punishment for police causing harm to a citizen should be hanging by the neck until dead, publicly (Singapore-style). That way the citizens could spit on them while they were dying.

Forecast. Cops would suddenly become a hell of a lot more perfect.
