Anyone remember if there was a question on the L2 exam last year pertaining to Corporate Governance. I’m drawing a blank, and guessing if there was it would be unlikely to show up this year.

Yes, there was Corporate governance questions on L2 last year. It was part of an item set in the afternoon session.
yes, there was one and it was pretty vague. I got it wrong. It was something about training for directors and whether it needs to be paid by the company, if I am not wrong.
