Does anybody else find this topic a little tricky? It reminds me a lot of ethics, where the answer is not always clear cut and you really have to know the details to find the right answers. I’m just having trouble grasping all of the aspects of corp. governance (and it doesn’t help that the material is extremely boring).
it does remind Ethics. I didn’t find it particularly difficult though, concepts are pretty straight forward. Q-bank will help with retention.
Read up on Enron… and the opposite everything they did is probably good corporate governance
