Does working in corporate M&A with a mid-size private company qualify for the work experience required by CFAI? I believe it does but just want to make sure before I submit my work experience. Please let me know.

Yes, I do M&A advisory, and got my experience approved.

How about if you do: 1. Product and portfolio valuation (as in Corporate finance -real options and decision tree based stuff) 2. Divestments 3. Value technology etc as a service provider to entrepreneur and VCs. Will it be considered as right experience? Thanks
