b/c he p!ssed off Fidelity.
Populist outrage against the recession, and consequently, the government officials who were in office at the time.
He lost because NJ has the highest property taxes in the country, the highest unemployment rate in the region, and political corruption out the wazoo, and he promised nothing but the same for another 4 years.
And he planned on outlawing Jager Bombs. Just think of the children!
