cost of funds vs yield curve

can someone plz explain waht the difference is between the cost of fund rates and the yield curve rates for different maturities. thx.

ok wait sorry let me rephrase my question. theres a mid market swap rate, and then theres a cost of funds. so the mid market swap rate is the average rates for investments provided by all issuers, and the cost of funds is the rate pertaining to one issuer in particular. how can i interpret the difference between these two tehn, if the cost of funds for a term is very high compared to the mid market swap rate, what does this mean? thanks so much.
