Creative Response vs. Feedback Effect

Can someone succinctly explain the difference?

As far as I know, a creative response is when you comply with the letter of the law but not the spirit. A feedback effect is when the consumer changes their behaviour.

With that said, how is (Schweser) Challenge Problem 5 on Reading 15 not B instead of A?

Thanks.

I don’t have the actual question in front of me, but my understanding is that the feedback effect is a certain type of creative response.

Or maybe put this way: a feedback effect is a creative response, but a creative response is not a feedback effect.
