I am kinda confused about this.
So Current account suplus means export-import>0, I am sure with this.
Financial account suplus means “country A foreign investment < other country invest in country A”? Is that correct?

Any one has idea??
You are correct. If funds flowing into the country exceed funds flowing out, then you have a surplus.
