custom fees

I plan to buy the hardcopy, but has anybody been dinged with custom fees? If so, where are you from and how much was it?

I had to pay custom fees for both, the Curriculum and Schweser. In Mexico the Curriculum fee was about 20 (around 300 pesos), and Schweser was around 75 USD (900 mxp). Crazy!

What is the system in India? During L1 I was in US. Now, I am in India. Can you use your Indian Credit Card? How do you pay the custom fee? Do they charge it at the time of delivery?
