Pass, all >70 Much thanks to everyone here! I really do not appreciate people’s effort on this board enough.

Passed! Just a piece of advice to all of you that will take the Level 1. Please be tactical and strategic in your study. That simply means focusing more on the areas with bigger weights such as FRA, Ethics, Quantative and Equity/Fixed Income and you are mostly likely to pass. Again, do yourself good by rejecting negative information/news (e.g CFA exam is too difficult, many people fail the exam, you can’t make it dude) that will spur up fear in you. People are different, hence, destines vary. No fear guys! Just be positive and believe you can pass it as long as you do your part by studying diligently. Above all, understand there is NOTHING impossible with God. I went with God and it worked out perfectly for me. I wish you guys all the best, and for the guys who passed, we will see in L2 forum.

congrats to all who passed

AFers, I did it! I passed!!! I tried to post earlier but couldn’t get onto the site. Vs my 1st try: 1) Most embarassingly, Econ score dropped from >70% to <50% which I expected…got caught out by a few obscure questions. 2) BUT, I raised my FRA score from <50% to >70%!!! 3) My passing score honestly seemed quite close to my failing score in Jun 09 except I increased my scores on the sections with higher weights. But who cares, I PASSED!!! For those who failed this time, please don’t get disheartened. Quite a number of us here failed the first time round, got over it, and from what I see passed in Dec. Perseverance!!

I’ve never read the schweser notes, but they don’t seem to be much shorter than the CFAI texts in volume.
